We take the time to fully explain all the options so that our clients can make decisions that are in their best long-term interest. When representation requires litigation, we are aggressive and not afraid to fight to protect our clients’ interests. We are acutely aware of the risks and costs associated with protracted litigation and we constantly seek creative ways for the early resolution of cases that provide our clients with outcome they seek. One aspect of our practice involves representing and protecting the rights of injured individuals. We are experienced helping injured people receive full compensation for injuries resulting from such things as car and other motor vehicle accidents, dangerous and defective products, or injuries on the premises of another such as slip and falls or injuries that result from an unsafe or unsecured property. Our firm has extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses. We handle all types of criminal cases, from minor infractions and misdemeanors, such as traffic violations, to the most serious felony indictments, including: drunk driving (DUI / DWI), drug possession, narcotics sales, violent crimes, juvenile offenses, and probation violations. Our firm performs residential, commercial and industrial real estate transactional and litigation work for a number of sellers, purchasers, real estate brokers and private individuals. We assist the purchase and sale of real estate, including negotiating and drafting purchase agreements and other documents, ensuring good title, and closings. When a death occurs, assisting a personal representative requires legal knowledge, as well as compassion and an understanding of the goals of the family. We are experienced in dealing with the probate and estate administration process. We are proud that other attorneys, satisfied former and current clients are our firm’s largest source of new clients and cases. We look forward to demonstrating our legal skill, expertise, and professionalism to you should you ever need legal advice or representation.
